I haven't received a reply from support

We do our very best to get back to you within 24 to 48 hours, but on some occasions it may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please do not create multiple tickets for the same issue as this will not expedite service and can in fact create additional delays. 

Replying to our e-mails will re-open your ticket. Remember you'll always get a reply from us, if you write back - regardless of the ticket status.

Also please check your spam and junk folders for our emails in case they get incorrectly placed there.
