There was a known issue affecting some players with the Season Challenge in Season 1. The counter got stuck at 23 out of 24 Season Challenges completed. Players with this issue were not able to claim the Challenges Season Reward for Season 1.
We will have a fix for this issue in the next few days. Once fixed the Challenge Rewards will appear for players who completed all 24 challenges when Rocket League is re-launched
