We’re sorry to hear that your title and experience points were rolled back. We know how frustrating that can be.
Please reset your device. If you are still encountering the issue unfortunately there is not much that we can do. Experience points related to your title are stored locally on your device. Sometimes this issue can occur due to a corrupted save file as a result of manually forcing the game to close or your device crashing.
Please be sure to close the game properly. Do not leave it running in the background. If you are playing on PC it is possible to make a backup copy of your save data in a different location.
We are currently investigating this issue further and look to address it to a greater extent in a future update.
