To submit a ticket
- Go to support.rocketleague.com
- Select the Please Login With Your Platform link in the upper right corner
- Sideswipe players: Select Login with Epic
- Nintendo Switch players: Link your Switch account to Rocket League to log in
- Select the Submit a Ticket link in the upper right corner
- Fill out the form
- Select the Submit button at the bottom of the page
Once a ticket has been submitted, any replies that you receive will be sent by email. Be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder if you do not see a reply within a day.
If you need to check on the status or read a reply outside of email, you can do so on the Support Website.
To start a chat
- Go to support.rocketleague.com
- Select the orange Login to Chat button in the bottom right corner
- Select the Please Login With Your Platform link in the upper right corner
- Sideswipe players: Select Login with Epic
- Nintendo Switch players: Link your Switch account to Rocket League to log in
- Select the orange Chat button in the bottom right corner
- Begin typing your message in the text box and hit Enter to send
To view your tickets
- Go to support.rocketleague.com
- Select the Please Login With Your Platform link in the upper right corner
You must be signed in to view your tickets - Select Requests
- Select the My Requests tab to view your current tickets
