To submit a ticket:
- Go to support.rocketleague.com
- Click on your platform to Sign-in
If you play on a Nintendo Switch you will need to link your Switch account to Rocket League to submit a ticket. - Click on the Submit a Ticket link in the upper right-hand corner
- Fill out the form
- Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page
Once a ticket has been submitted, any replies that you receive will be sent by email. Be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder if you do not see a reply within a day.
If you need to check on the status or read a reply outside of email, you can do so on the Support Website.
To view your tickets:
- Go to support.rocketleague.com
- You must be signed in to view your tickets
- Click on your platform to sign in
- Click on your Username in the upper right-hand corner
- Select My activities
Click on the My requests tab to view your current tickets
