On this page, you can submit a Support Ticket. This will get your email to a Customer Support agent who can help with any issues.
To submit a ticket:
- Go to support.rocketleague.com
- Select your platform to Log in
If you play on a Nintendo Switch you will need to link your Switch account to Rocket League in order to submit a ticket. - Select the Submit a Ticket link in the upper right-hand corner
- Fill out the form
- Select the Submit button at the bottom of the page
Once a ticket has been submitted, any replies that you receive will be sent by email. Be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder if you do not see a reply within a day.
If you need to check on the status or read a reply outside of email, you can do so on the Rocket League Support website.
To view your tickets:
- Go to support.rocketleague.com

- You must be signed in to view your tickets
- Select your platform to sign in

- Select your Username in the upper right-hand corner
- Select My activities
- Select the My requests tab to view your current tickets
